LFA BC
The LFA Block Compactor is a cost-effective solution for maximising skip capacity by compacting waste at ratios of up to 4:1. Designed for use with front-end loader (FEL) skips, it is most commonly applied to general waste and recyclables.
Operation is simple: a forklift lifts the concrete block into the skip, where it crushes the waste to reduce volume. Different block weights are available to match forklift lifting capacities, typically ranging from 1.25 to 2 tonnes.
To use, the operator extends the forklift arm, slots the tines into the block, secures the safety chains, and positions the block into the skip. Once in place, the block compacts the contents, enabling more efficient skip use and reduced transport costs.
