LFA HB 1 BL

The LFA HB 1 BL is a versatile semi-automatic horizontal baler designed for medium to large waste volumes. It efficiently compacts materials such as cardboard, paper, plastic film, PET bottles, rigid plastics, and E-waste, making it ideal for recyclers, logistics centres, and manufacturers.

Powered by a 15kW motor and delivering 60 tonnes of compaction force, it produces dense, mill-size bales weighing 500–550kg. The full ejection system completely clears the chamber after each bale, allowing quick material changeovers and preventing contamination.

Its hydraulic portcullis door provides automatic ejection at the push of a button, while the upgraded horizontal tying system ensures consistent, secure bales. The integrated bin lift makes loading simple, reducing manual handling by lifting 1100L bins weighing up to 450kg using a trunnion or comb lift system.
