LFA HB 3 BL

The LFA HB 3 BL is a heavy-duty, semi-automatic horizontal baler designed for high-throughput operations and 24-hour production environments. Built to process high volumes of recyclables such as cardboard, plastic film, PET bottles, and rigid plastics, it delivers 60 tonnes of compaction force and produces dense bales up to 650kg.

Powered by an 18.5kW motor with a rapid 46-second cycle time, the LFA HB 3 BL combines performance and reliability. The large 2000mm x 1000mm feed opening makes it easy to load bulky waste, while the integrated bin lift reduces manual handling by automatically emptying 1100L wheelie bins of up to 450kg via a trunnion or comb system.

The machine is fitted with a hydraulic oil cooling system for continuous use, extending component life and ensuring consistent performance. Bales are tied manually using a four-wire horizontal system, producing mill-size bales up to 1450mm x 1000mm x 1000mm. With 175 bar of system pressure and a 180mm cylinder bore, the LFA HB 3 BL delivers strong, consistent bale density.
