LFA BQ 100

The LFA BQ 100 is a high-output briquetting press designed for businesses generating large volumes of wood waste. Capable of processing up to 100kg per hour, it compresses sawdust, shavings, and other wood residues into dense, cylindrical briquettes measuring 70mm in diameter. These compact briquettes are easy to handle, store, and burn, offering an efficient way to convert waste into a valuable, carbon-neutral fuel source.

Powered by a 7.5kW motor, the LFA BQ 100 operates continuously with an automatic feeding system and hydraulic compaction, ensuring consistent performance with minimal operator input. It helps reduce disposal costs, supports cleaner waste management, and turns residual material into renewable energy.

Built for durability and ease of use, the LFA BQ 100 can be fed manually through the aperture or via a silo or dust extraction system for seamless integration into existing setups. Ideal for joineries, sawmills, and wood-processing plants, it comes supplied with a 12-month parts and labour warranty.
