LFA PD 3
The LFA PD 3 is a high-performance polystyrene densifier engineered for efficiently processing large volumes of EPS waste. It pre-shreds and screw-compacts polystyrene into ultra-dense 370x370mm blocks, making storage, handling, and recycling simple and space-efficient. With the ability to pre-shred material up to 860mm wide, the LFA PD 3 is perfectly suited to high-output industrial environments.
Powered by a durable 14kW motor, it can process up to 150kg of polystyrene per hour, compacting material at an impressive 50:1 ratio. Its continuous feed system and straightforward controls allow waste to be loaded as it’s produced, ensuring seamless, uninterrupted operation.
