LFA HB 3
The LFA HB 3 is a heavy-duty semi-automatic horizontal baler designed for high-throughput environments and continuous operation. Built to handle large volumes of recyclables such as cardboard, plastic film, PET bottles, and rigid plastics, it delivers up to 60 tonnes of compaction force to produce dense bales weighing up to 650kg, depending on material type.
Equipped with an 18.5kW motor and a fast 46-second cycle time, the LFA HB 3 offers both speed and reliability, making it ideal for large-scale production facilities and recycling operations. The large 2000mm x 1000mm feed opening allows easy loading of bulky materials, while the simple push-button controls and robust construction ensure smooth and efficient performance with minimal downtime.
A hydraulic oil cooling system is fitted as standard to maintain performance during continuous use, helping to extend component life. Bales are manually tied using a four-wire horizontal system, producing mill-size bales up to 1450mm x 1000mm x 1000mm. With a system pressure of 175 bar and a powerful 180mm cylinder bore, the LFA HB 3 delivers consistent bale density and outstanding durability.
Perfect for recycling centres, warehouses, and manufacturing sites, the LFA HB 3 provides a reliable, high-performance solution for large-scale waste handling and recycling efficiency.
